Strong SQL knowledge and experience in analyzing and
interpreting data using Redshift or databases like Oracle.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Quicksight
or Power BI.
- Highly proficient in SQL and experience in extracting transform
and cleaning large data sets.
- Good to have - Experience in Python.
- Work with massive-scale data and provide analytic support to
client stakeholders using the data.
- Build dashboards for business reporting,
- Deep dive bridges to understand the behavior of the metrics and
identify root causes of defects and develop business
tools/solutions to help business improve efficiency, productivity
and save costs.
- Utilize deep expertise in business analysis, metrics, reporting, and
analytic tooling/languages like SQL, Excel, and others, to translate
the data into meaningful insights.
- Act as key point of contact working with program managers
working end-to-end from scoping the project, development,
testing and deployment.
- Communicating complex analytical results in a clear and easy-to-
understand way and will drive towards simple, scalable solutions
to difficult problems while considering edge cases and different
tradeoffs.
Basic qualifications
1. 4+ years of experience working on SQL and ETL to pull data and
build reports/dashboards.
2. Experience with data visualization using QuickSight, Tableau or
PowerBI.
3. Good to Have - Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2,
DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift
4. Good to Have - Experience in scripting for automation (e.g.
Python) and advanced Excel skills.
5. Good to Have - Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using
databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex
datasets.
6. Good understanding of data and ability to analyze/deep dive data
to identify patterns/root cause.
Mandatory skill sets:
Very Strong in SQL, Visualization experience on either QuickSight, or
PowerBI or Tableau, Knowledge in AWS, S3, and Redshift
Preferred skill sets:
Python(good-to-have)
