Job Description
Provide information to guests and employees, support internal communication, and contribute to the knowledge base. Answer phone calls, manage access cards, and assist in the organization of business trips. Comprehensive care of the office space, management of the conference room calendar, and handling official outgoing and incoming correspondence (letters and packages). Cooperation with building security agents.

Job Details
Udzielanie informacji gościom i pracownikom, wspieranie komunikacji wewnętrznej oraz współtworzenie bazy wiedzy.
Odbieranie połączeń telefonicznych.
Zarządzanie kartami dostępu.
Wsparcie w organizacji podróży służbowych.
Kompleksowa dbałość o przestrzeń biurową.
Zarządzanie kalendarzem sal konferencyjnych.
Obsługa służbowej korespondencji wychodzącej i przychodzącej (listy i paczki).
Współpraca z agentami ochrony budynku.
