Job Description

Super.com seeks a Lead Counsel to advise on complex legal and regulatory matters related to their financial products (Super+ Membership, Super.com Card, Earnings Services). This role involves collaborating with internal and external partners, overseeing commercial contracts, and working on new product development and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of law firm experience representing financial institutions, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The role offers the chance to work on a variety of tasks within a small team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Lead Counsel to join our Legal Team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage in a wide range of matters with both internal and external partners on cutting-edge legal matters relating to our Super+ Membership, Super.com Card, Earnings Services, and related products.

Responsibilities

Advise on complex legal and regulatory matters pertaining to our financial products and services
Work with our Trave or Financial Products & Earnings business teams on new and existing products, partnerships, and other key strategic matters
Oversee commercial contracts and other transactional matters
Do a little of everything - We’re a small team and so there are opportunities to try lots of new things!

Experience and Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of law firm experience representing financial institutions
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams and business lines
Ability to manage large products and juggle multiple matters
Desire to learn and contribute
