We are looking for a Lead React Software Engineer to join a highly innovative project with a leading global e-commerce company. The project involves developing a cloud-based livestreaming platform designed to enhance the online shopping experience, improve customer engagement, and automate business processes to boost buyer satisfaction.

As a Frontend Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, architecting the frontend of the platform, and ensuring seamless integration with backend services. You will play a crucial role in driving technical decisions and shaping the future of e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of frontend engineers in developing a scalable livestreaming platform.
Develop high-quality, maintainable code using React and JavaScript.
Work closely with backend teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.
Make key architectural decisions and drive the technical direction of the project.
Optimize frontend performance and ensure an engaging user experience.
Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices within the team.

Required Skills and Experience:

5+ years of experience in JavaScript development, with a strong focus on React.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies.
Experience working with GraphQL.
Proven experience in Lead roles, including managing and mentoring teams.
Strong understanding of frontend best practices, performance optimization, and user experience design.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
