Position Overview:

We are seeking a Lifecycle Growth Marketing Manager with 2-3 years of lifecycle marketing experience to join our dynamic growth team. This is a part-time contractor role that could lead to a full-time position. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in mobile app marketing and your proficiency with tools such as Braze to develop and implement targeted lifecycle marketing strategies that drive user engagement, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Campaigns: Design and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns for onboarding, engagement, retention, and re-engagement, using Braze and other CRM communication tools.

  • User Segmentation: Analyze user data to create targeted segments, tailoring messaging and offers to meet the needs of different user groups.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on campaign performance, using metrics such as open rates, conversion rates, and user feedback to optimize strategies.

  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of messaging and campaign strategies, iterating based on results.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and analytics teams to ensure a cohesive user experience and brand consistency across all touchpoints.

  • User Journey Mapping: Identify and enhance key user journey touchpoints to improve overall user experience and satisfaction.

  • Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mobile marketing and user engagement.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, preferably within the mobile app space.

  • Proficiency in using Braze or similar marketing automation platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling messaging.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and user segmentation strategies.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other marketing tools and platforms.

  • Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and how they relate to lifecycle marketing.
