Your Role:

Engaging in experimentation, continuous learning, and ensuring strict adherence to guidelines and regulations for consistent practices
Partnering with the leadership team to hire, developing and growing the Dream11 non-tech team
Contributing in building scalable people practices and creative engagement programs for all Dreamsters
Cultivating the core values within Dreamsters as Dream11's culture ambassador
Establishing trust via ongoing, open, and transparent communication, and have a knack for providing honest feedback to leaders
Relationship building and influencing multiple stakeholders

Qualifiers:

5+ years of experience as an HRBP, having partnered with at least 100 employees
