This role is part of the Master Data Management team, whose responsibility is to support MDM strategies, requirements and policies aligned to the AXA XL vision. The role of the MDM Analyst is to support with his MDM expertise the Party data process: Party Creations, Party Verifications, Remediation and Party Data Quality. The process comprises three different wings which are segregated into Insurance Party Operations, Reinsurance Party Operations and Continuous Improvement Team. While being part of the MDM team, in this role, you will additionally focus on supporting hierarchy creation and maintenance for Clients & Brokers.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Learn identified processes and build up detailed knowledge of all party data systems.
- Assist the Team Leader in documenting all aspects of the Process in detail including manuals process, workflows, and detailed process maps.
- Report progress and performance made periodically to the Team Leader.
- Consistent interaction with the Team Leader on any business issues.
- Regular interaction with key stakeholders and project sponsors to understand their needs related to party data and provide solutions to the business.
- Ensure complete adherence to defined Service Level Agreements – productivity, turn-around-time, and accuracy.
- Update the Underwriter's support system’s Name, Address data & different party data attributes manually [and for other Business Applications as and when they come into scope]
- Share information with the business customer community.
- Data Quality monitoring.
- Support (inquiries) expansion and roll-out of DUNS standardization within AXA XL.
- Support business processes for all segments.
- Fixing Data Quality issues in various systems maintained by AXA XL.
- Maintenance of Parties in CDI & Tibco EBX.
- Manage and organize access to the D&B World base.
- Design, tests and user training for MDM Projects and BAU changes.
- Support business processes for all segments.

- University Graduate with relevant years of experience in MDM process, data analysis/data initiatives, preferably in insurance.
- Effective problem-solving skills and root cause analysis.
- Effective analytical and time management skills.

- Detail-oriented, able to analyze and identify discrepancies.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
