As a Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible for seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential channel partners. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with partners. You will also ensure proper after-sales service and help with partner enablement. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth. You will bring your experience to bear on acquiring partners strategic to the business.
Must have:
  • Fluency with German is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, including cyber security and MSP experience.
  • A deep understanding of MSPs, their values and drivers.
  • Experience working in the IT channel.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

We are looking for a Partner Development Manager to join the team. German fluency is essential for our regional focus of DACH.
 
In this sales hunter role, you will seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential channel partners. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with partners.  You will also ensure proper after-sales service and help with partner enablement. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth. In this role you will bring your experience to bear on acquiring partners strategic to the business. What you’ll be working on:       
  • Quality leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Contact potential clients through both cold calls, marketing nurtured calls and emails.
  • Present our company to potential clients.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
      What you bring to the role:       
  • Fluency with German is required.

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience, and qualifications. Salaries must meet and generally exceed the CBA level for this position of €69,900 EUR. (add min salary)

In dieser vertriebsorientierten Rolle wirst du neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten identifizieren, indem du potenzielle Channel-Partner kontaktierst und Beziehungen aufbaust. Deine Aufgaben: 
  • Qualifizierte Leads aus Marketingkampagnen als Verkaufschancen nutzen
  • Potenzielle Kunden durch Kaltakquise, Marketing-unterstützte Anrufe und E-Mails kontaktieren
  • Unser Unternehmen potenziellen Kunden vorstellen
  • Kundenbedürfnisse identifizieren und passende Produkte/Dienstleistungen vorschlagen
  • Produktlösungen anpassen, um die Kundenzufriedenheit zu erhöhen
  • Proaktiv nach neuen Geschäftsmöglichkeiten auf dem Markt suchen
  • Immer auf dem neuesten Stand in Bezug auf neue Produkte/Dienstleistungen und Preis-/Zahlungspläne bleiben
Was du mitbringst: 
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Vertriebserfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich Cybersecurity und MSP (Managed Service Provider)
  • Tiefes Verständnis für MSPs
  • Erfahrung im IT-Channel
  • Erfahrung mit Salesforce.com oder ähnlichen CRM-Systemen
  • Mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Starke Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben zu jonglieren, Prioritäten zu setzen und effektiv mit der Zeit umzugehen
