This fixed-term contract role requires a Nordic Agency and Partner Manager to develop and implement sales solutions driving growth for clients, partners, and Google. Responsibilities include understanding partner businesses, creating Joint Business Plans, advocating data-driven marketing, managing communication across internal teams, and ensuring seamless strategy execution. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, marketing, consulting, or business development, fluent in English and a Nordic language, and strong relationship-building skills. Deep knowledge of the TV and digital video landscape is preferred. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and developing senior-level relationships with agencies and clients.

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital advertising, digital marketing, consulting, or business development.
  • Ability to communicate in English and any of the Nordic languages (Finnish, Icelandic, Danish, Norwegian or Swedish) fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of the television and digital video landscape, and brand objective-based selling.
  • Ability to develop and grow senior-level relationships with agencies, and clients.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven success working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally/externally.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of partner businesses and industries, translating this into actionable Joint Business Plans to drive mutual growth.
  • Identify, develop, and implement scalable sales solutions and opportunities that generate significant growth for clients, partners and Google.
  • Advocate the future of data-driven marketing and digital transformation. Drive adoption of Google AdTech and Google's owned media platforms.
  • Manage communication and orchestrate efforts across internal teams and functions to ensure seamless execution of strategies and consistent progress with partners.
