About the team:

This role will report to the Global Order Management Team which is part of the Global Sales Operations department in Milestone. A centrally placed team with interfaces to the entire organization. You will join a dynamic, fun, international team of colleagues who enjoy everyday collaboration.  With that in mind, we are looking for a Global Order Management Compliance Specialist to ensure we are selling our products to like-minded businesses and join the team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Day to Day Activities:

• SME for all Order Management Processes related to responsible use of technology initiatives
• Super user of the Dun & Bradstreet’s (D&B) Risk Analytics Compliance Intelligence (RA CI) RA CI tool, including grant the access and remove the access of the users 
• Contact person between Milestone and D&B regarding any issues with the RA CI tool
• Train-the trainer on how to use and navigate the tool within Order Management team
• Super user of the Order Operations Report Power BI tool. 
• Contact person between Order Management and Global Sales Insights regarding issues with the Power BI tool
• Act as the first line of contact for all Sanction Screening related needs.
• Investigate, verify all sanction hits (false positive / positive), ensure systems are updated to reflect results and maintain regular cadence to keep accounts up to date. 
• Be the contact person for Account owners when escalation process is needed
• Be the contact person with Legal Compliance for complex cases
• Owner of the RA CI work instruction and processes
• Collaborate with Regional Compliance Representative when localized support is needed (e.g., language requirements, time zone sensitive action items, etc.).
• Ensure that sanction screening and Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) SLAs and KPIs are met to support regional and global OM performance

How you can match:

• At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience 
• You are comfortable within stakeholder management and can easily maneuver across diverse cultures and communicate effectively outside of the organization 
• Experience with Power BI (as a user) is an advantage
• Experience with Salesforce is an advantage 
• Experience with process mapping and documentation is an advantage
• You speak and write English at professional or higher level.
