Job Description:
We need you because the Merkle Delivery Operations (DO) team is expanding to
provide support to new Merkle entities. We need to take over, define, standardize and optimize their existing processes. The mission of our team is to enable growth and client focus by centralizing and optimizing operational activities.
Your main goal in this position is to make easier the life of the Program/Project Managers, Management and C-level layers. You will be supporting them with DO
processes related to revenue recognition, time tracking, invoicing, resource allocation, generating, and presenting key business metrics. You will be responsible for standardizing, optimizing, and automating work across different departments to make them work as one entity. You are expected to lead the transformation of the DO processes to new systems and ways of working.
