Job Description
The Original Animator will be responsible for the creation of original animation sequences, adhering to the director's vision and storyboards. This includes managing the entire workflow from concept to final animation, overseeing the production process, and collaborating effectively with directors and storyboard artists. Responsibilities involve independent animation production, frame-by-frame creation and supervision, providing animation direction, and monitoring the post-production process. The ideal candidate will have strong traditional drawing skills, a deep understanding of animation principles, and proficiency in software such as Flash and Photoshop. Experience with high-precision animation production is essential.
Must have:
- Familiar with 2D animation workflow
- Independent original animation creation
- Proficient in Flash & Photoshop
- Strong hand-drawing skills & character design
- Understanding of animation motion & rhythm

- Dynamic portfolio samples
- Exceptional talent despite limited experience

1、熟悉二维动画制作流程并与导演和分镜师进行交接；
2、根据分镜与需求，独立绘制原动画；
3、负责动画序列帧的制作与监修工作，并且做出动画指示；
4、对原画完成后的其他制作环节工作进行监督；
任职要求：
1、具有丰富的动画项目原画设计专业知识；
2、较强的手绘基础及人物造型把控能力；
3、熟练掌握动画运动规律和动画节奏感与创造力；
4、熟练Flash及Photoshop软件操作；
5、具备良好的镜头感，能够独立快速完成高精度的作品；
6、热爱动画事业，对动画美术创作富有热情；
7、有相关岗位一年以上工作经验；应届毕业生有实习经验且能力突出者亦可。
注：应聘此岗位请务必附上本人手绘作品（如有动态作品更佳）
