Description

As an Outreach Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our company's reach and enhancing its digital presence. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients across various sectors including schools, educational boards, mental health professionals, and corporates. Additionally, you will oversee the management of content on our digital platforms, ensuring its quality and relevance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Scouting and Representation:
  • Identify and prospect potential clients within the designated sectors.
  • Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to engage with potential clients.
  • Represent the company to potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Content Management:
    • Manage the quality of content across the company's digital platforms, including social media, websites, and apps.
    • Develop content strategies aligned with the company's objectives and target audience.
    • Ensure content is engaging, informative, and reflective of the company's brand image.
    • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to align outreach efforts with overall business goals.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather relevant information and insights for content creation.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on outreach activities and content performance.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in outreach or business development roles, preferably in the education or mental health sector.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • NCR-based candidates preferred.
