Partner Program Event Producer – Hybrid (6-Month Contract)

We’re currently seeking a Partner Program Event Producer to join the Partner Programs team for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity based in Houston, TX. This hybrid role will require candidates to be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the event in March for a 10-day on-site commitment.

As the Partner Program Event Producer, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing private events for company partners. This position is perfect for an experienced event producer with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison with event chairs and commercial leads, ensuring the timely development of compelling event agendas.
  • Manage logistics for all stages of the event, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, ensuring a smooth execution and exceptional partner experience.
  • Create high-impact events that deliver strong ROI for partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with programming, operations, and commercial teams to align on event goals and messaging.
  • Communicate regularly with leadership to provide event status updates, proactively identifying potential risks and solutions.
  • Stay informed on partner strategies and organizational changes to tailor event content and participation accordingly.
  • Work closely with the partnership sales team to maximize the commercial impact of private partner programs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of partner personas and key companies to ensure relevant and tailored event experiences.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, processes, and event delivery across all partner events.

 Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A self-starter with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities, capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working across time zones, collaborating with global teams and managing virtual project calls.
  • Experience leading project management calls with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience using event registration and project management systems to streamline event logistics and coordination.
  • Must be local to Houston or willing to travel to Houston for the 10-day event in March.
