Job Description

As a Performance Executive, you will play a key role in delivering best-in-class digital media activation across performance channels including search, social, and programmatic platforms. You will work closely with the Performance Director and wider team to translate client briefs into strategic direction for high-performing digital campaigns that drive measurable results. You will also assist with the planning, implementation, and day-to-day management of paid media campaigns, ensuring alignment with media strategy and client goals. You will support weekly and post-campaign reporting, extract actionable insights, and contribute to client WIPs. You will monitor budgets, pacing, and performance metrics to ensure campaigns run efficiently and deliver against KPIs. You will collaborate with internal teams for accurate campaign bookings, tagging, and tracking. You'll manage and resolve discrepancies, queries, and adjustments related to campaign delivery and invoicing.
Must have:
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of biddable channels and their contribution to campaign objectives.
  • Experience with campaign implementation, pacing, optimization, and reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, organized, and detail-oriented environment.
  • Proactive and collaborative approach with strong relationship-building skills.

The role:

As a Performance Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering best-in-class digital media activation across performance channels — including search, social, and programmatic platforms. Working closely with the Performance Director and wider team, you’ll help translate client briefs into strategic direction to create high-performing digital campaigns that drive measurable results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimise performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other key platforms (e.g. YouTube, TikTok, GA4).
  • Assist with the planning, implementation, and day-to-day management of paid media campaigns, ensuring alignment to the media strategy and client goals.
  • Support with weekly and post-campaign reporting, extracting actionable insights, surfacing recommendations, and contributing to client WIPs.
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance metrics to ensure campaigns are running efficiently and delivering against KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate campaign bookings, tagging, and tracking are in place for flawless execution.
  • Manage and resolve discrepancies, queries, and adjustments related to campaign delivery and invoicing.

A Bit About You

  • You’re passionate about performance media and have a working knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics.
  • You understand biddable channels and how they contribute to broader campaign and business objectives.
  • You’ve had experience with campaign implementation, pacing, optimisation, and reporting — and love working with data to tell a story.
  • You’re comfortable juggling tasks in a fast-paced environment and thrive on being organised and detail-oriented.
  • You’re proactive and collaborative — someone who builds strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and media partners.
