The Role: Morningstar seeks a Client Support Representative to join our Global Client Support team for supporting Morningstar’s research and analytical products. This will be a key role in our mission to provide exceptional client experience by helping advisor/institutional clients use our products to meet their goals. This position is based in our Mumbai office.
Responsibilities:
- Works to support the overall goals of the team structure by providing post-sales client support on research products through phone and emails
- Works in line with global client service strategy and independently handles client issues, calls, emails and tasks
- Interacts with Morningstar’s data operations group, product managers, sales persons, and internal service consultants to supervise the resolution of client issues in a timely manner
- Demonstrate sense of client ownership and value voice of client
- Builds threshold knowledge of products and clients through the above activities and through other self-study and project work
- Contributes towards improving operational efficiency and promote KPI driven environment
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of professional experience with at least 3 year of client support
- A proven track record of managing clients with contractual timelines and scope
- Good understanding of financial markets and products (especially stocks and mutual funds) with inclination to learning
- Abitlity to be tech savy, with regards to examining basic xml code, postman and API's
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to develop effective working relationships with both local and international stakeholders including the capabilities to negotiate, develop rapport and establish trust
- Ease dealing with ambiguity; ability to create focus and keep the team on track
- Educated to degree level, an advanced degree is a plus
- Willing to work 24x7 Shift
