Product designer Web Team (polished UI must)

Your future tasks:

• Develop UI design layouts to attract new users;
• Improve the design of existing pages through A/B testing to increase conversion to purchase;
• Work on product benefits, graphics, paywalls, and seek new ideas for attracting users in Health&Fitness and Mental Health topics;
• Collaborate with specialists from various fields, including product managers, marketers, analysts, UX researchers, to identify growth opportunities and develop effective design solutions;
• Work with our developers and testers to ensure correct design implementation;
• Develop designs based on user feedback and data analysis;
• Develop and maintain a design system and brand book to ensure consistency across products on different platforms.

What you will need for this:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in design with a focus on UI design; graphic design experience is also a plus;
• You have at least 1-2 years of experience in product design with an emphasis on growth or user acquisition. Experience with paywalls is a big plus;
• Your portfolio can demonstrate design solutions backed by metrics;
• You have an understanding of user behavior and psychology;
• You have experience working with Figma, Miro, Jira, and Adobe Creative Suite;
• You have experience working with user research methodologies and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau);
• You understand front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design.

We are looking for a Marketing Product Designer for our Web team, who will actively work on user acquisition and monetization. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating designs that improve business metrics and have an understanding of user behavior and psychology.

Currently, the team has 9 designers + a team lead. There are daily syncs, a weekly design sync, retros, learnings, and brainstorming sessions as needed.
