As a Production Support Technician, you will be responsible for setting up workstations, connecting and setting up hardware, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a well-organized operation floor and storage room. You will diagnose and treat broken equipment, provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise, and assist with floor planning and hardware allocation. You will also be responsible for the deployment and update of builds, firmware, OS and images to platforms, PCs, and mobile devices. You will write various technical documents and maintain them up-to-date, and initiate research projects to expand and consolidate department knowledge.
Basic to Intermediate PC/Windows Installation and Troubleshooting skills
Basic to intermediate networking knowledge
Basic understanding of build installation and troubleshooting on Windows and Mobile
Willingness to learn platforms other than PC
Ability and aptitude to learn
Ability to analyze problems, recommend and implement effective solutions

Requirements
Skill Set :
Entry-level position - Candidates with 0-6 months of experience are encouraged to apply.
