Our client is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors HCM Consultant to join their team to help optimize their human capital management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect HCM processes using SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Implement and configure Employee Central, Compensation, Variable Pay, and PMGM modules
  • Develop and customize reports using various reporting tools within SAP SuccessFactors
  • Configure and manage Recruiting, Onboarding, and Offboarding processes
  • Set up and maintain Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
  • Create and manage Data Models and Metadata Framework (MDF) objects
  • Handle Organizational Data (ORD) and related configurations
  • Manage system provisioning and user access
  • Design and implement workflows to automate business processes
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on best practices and industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators

Required Qualifications:
