Summary

DXC Luxoft seeks a Program Manager to lead a greenfield implementation of Finastra's FusionInvest. Responsibilities include executing an integrated project plan, ensuring quality deliverables, managing stakeholders (clients and Finastra), adhering to best practices, and managing constraints. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, technical expertise (including Agile/Scrum), project management skills, communication abilities, problem-solving capabilities, and stakeholder management experience. A deep understanding of capital markets and prior experience with Capital Markets platforms (Calypso, Murex, Summit, etc.) is mandatory.

DXC Luxoft has one of the world's leading Finastra practices. We are a top-tier Finastra Alliance Partner and a market leader in implementation, integration, upgrade, and migration. We provide end-to-end project services and have delivered Finastra projects across all major asset classes and sectors including investment banking, asset management, corporate treasury, and insurance.

Responsibilities

Program Manager will be responsible for delivering a greenfield implementation of Finastra 'FusionInvest' implementation.

In this capacity, Program Manager will be responsible for execution of integrated project plan for a complex program of work ensuring quality deliverables, stakeholder management, adherence to best practice of product implementation, governance with client and vendor (Finastra), and constraint management.

1. Leadership and Vision:

Ability to set a clear vision and strategy for the project.

Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide the team towards achieving project goals.

2. Technical Expertise:

Deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

3. Project Management Skills:

Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.

Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

4. Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

5. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:

Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues quickly.

Ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

6. Stakeholder Management:

Experience in managing relationships with various stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.

Ability to negotiate and manage expectations effectively.

7. Risk Management:

Proficiency in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.

Experience in handling project crises and ensuring continuity.

Project / Program management certifications

Implementation of Capital Markets platforms (Calypso, Murex, Summit, Sophies, ....etc.) is a MUST
