You will report to a General Manager

What You Will Do

  • Foster an environment supporting the delivery of the Five Keys and Operational Excellence. Serve as a leader and teacher of excellence in safety, courtesy, show, efficiency, and inclusion to Cast Members.

  • Inspire and educate leaders accountable to participate in an immersive dining experience.

  • Develop a strategy-oriented operating plan focused on innovation and continuous improvements.

  • Promote enhanced financial, Guest, and Cast results for your area with efficiency and optimization.

  • Oversee budgets, and labor management, and contribute to the preparation of the annual operating, 5-year, and capital plans.

  • Lead a diversified team of leaders and hourly teams.

  • Conduct Cast forums and take action on items discussed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous Restaurant experience with a volume of no less than $3M annually.

  • Previous experience in fine-dining restaurants, lounges, and Quick Service restaurants within the entertainment or themed park industry or a resort setting.

  • 4+ years of Restaurant management experience

  • Demonstrated wine and spirit knowledge.

  • Understanding of the annual operating plan process and cost maximization.

  • Knowledge of industry trends and practical business applications.

  • Collaborate with all levels in an organization.

  • Driver of the work with minimum supervision.

  • Demonstrated organizational, time management, and follow-through skills, with strong attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated mentoring skills.

  • Experience partnering with fellow Cast Members and move the operation forward to the next level of excellence.

  • Demonstrated financial awareness of budget and daily labor costs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sommelier certified.

  • 3+ years of Senior leadership experience managing a team of leaders in a Table Service or Quick Service Restaurant.

  • Experience managing labor efficiencies in a collective bargaining unit.

  • 2+ years of leadership in a AAA four or five-diamond-rated restaurant.

  • Demonstrated multilingual skills, Creole, Portuguese, Spanish, and Vietnamese

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in retail leadership.

  • Understanding of events and daily Retail operations.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Hotel Restaurant Management, Retail Management, or work experience equivalent.

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
