Job Description

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Tester with 6-9 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SE/SDLC/STLC/Agile methodologies, Test Methodology & Processes, and experience with Functional and Non-Functional Testing. Hands-on experience in SQL is a must. You will need to be able to work independently under minimal direction and demonstrate a clear understanding of QA Processes and Methodology using contextual testing concepts. Strong technical skills using test automation frameworks and tools (i.e., Selenium, Protractor, Appium, Katalon Studio) is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work in odd shifts (if required) and experience working with overseas clients are also desired.

Must have:

6-9 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance
Well versed with SE/SDLC/STLC/Agile, Test Methodology & Processes
Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills
Experience on Functional and Non-Functional Testing
Hands on experience in SQL
Good attitude towards work and Good team player
Should be able to work independently under minimal direction with strong work ethic
Sound technical writing and ability to express technical ideas fluently in English
Quickly Leaner, should understand the existing processes and workflow
Identify & Suggest the best Usability flow based on understanding of the product
Demonstrate a clear understanding of QA Processes and Methodology using contextual testing concepts

Good to have:

Strong technical skills using test automation frameworks and tools (i.e. Selenium, Protractor,Appium, Katalon Studio)
Good understanding Automation testing concepts
Proficiency in one or more programming languages including Java, Python, JavaScript
Exposure to DevOps tools like Jenkins, GIT
Intermediate Technical skill on Performance Testing using tools like JMeter, Loadrunner
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Flexible to work in odd shifts (if required)
Experience working with overseas clients
