In order for Larian to continue to grow, we are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Recruitment team in Dublin.

As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will work closely and daily with the recruitment team and hiring managers. You will guide candidates through the hiring process and are responsible for a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

    • Support the teams with scheduling virtual and in-person interviews
    • Work closely and liaise between Recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
    • Track candidates' progress, ensuring timely movement through the pipeline, and keeping them updated
    • Host weekly catch-up meetings to report on candidate status and reveal blockers
    • Be the ATS (Lever) Administrator, including tidying up obsolete items
    • Implement hiring plans into Lever
    • Work on Job descriptions and post on careers page + multiple job boards
    • Contribute ideas which could improve processes, pipeline, and candidate experience
    • Manage requisitions
    • Safeguard private information for candidates under GDPR
    • Maintain confidentiality for undisclosed projects within Larian
    • Independently manage various projects in addition to above tasks

Requirements

    • At least 1 year experience in recruitment coordinating and operations
    • People focused, both internal and external, with excellent communication skills
    • Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
    • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic working environment
    • Excellent administration skills 
    • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise various tasks
    • Smoothly manage last-minute or unexpected changes
