The Regional Payroll Leader (APAC) is responsible for the daily operation of payroll practices across the Asia Pacific region, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. This role requires collaboration with finance teams and vendors to optimize payroll processes, maintain compliance, and enhance efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with payroll vendors, monitoring SLAs, and improving operational workflows. The role also involves managing payroll-related features within the HRIS system, implementing customized data reports, and providing payroll consulting to the HR Operations team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in human resources, proficiency in payroll systems, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. English and Mandarin Chinese fluency are essential.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the daily operation of payroll practice in Asia Pacific region, to achieve accurate delivery.
2.Cooperate with finance and vendors to optimize the Payroll process and achieve compliance, efficiency and professional operation.
3.Interact with payroll vendors in Asia Pacific region, monitor and evaluate the SLA, continuously optimize the work operation process and enhance the service.
4. Responsible for HRIS system regarding payroll related features, process, and the implementation of customized data reports.
5. Provide payroll consulting and assistance to the HR Operations team, and be responsible for knowledge management of payroll practices and employee-oriented guideline.

Job Requirements:
1.At least 5 years working experience, human resources related professional background, English and Chinese(Mandarin) as working language, overseas study/working background is a plus.
2.Familiar with payroll related systems and have experience in working with various types of payroll vendor.
3.OFFICE software skill is a must, especially proficient in EXCEL.
4.Serious and meticulous, good logical and rational, with strong data processing and interpersonal interaction skills.
