Responsibilities:
– Create complex character and creature rigs for animation projects.
– Develop efficient and reusable rigging systems.
– Collaborate closely with animators and modelers to ensure rigs meet production requirements.
– Troubleshoot and problem-solve rigging issues as they arise.
– Maintain organized documentation and adhere to studio guidelines.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Rigging Artist in the animation or VFX industry.
– Proficiency in Maya, Blender, or other relevant software.
– Strong understanding of anatomy, deformation, and motion principles.
– Ability to work collaboratively and take direction well.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a team environment.
– A portfolio demonstrating previous rigging work is required.

Preferred Skills:
– Experience with Python scripting for rigging automation.
– Familiarity with cloth and hair simulation.
– Knowledge of rigging techniques for facial animation.
