Keywords Studios seeks skilled Business Development Managers to drive revenue growth and expand their services in QA, Localization, Audio, and more. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business development strategies, identifying clients and market opportunities, building relationships with stakeholders, collaborating with internal teams, networking at industry events, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and reporting on results. The ideal candidate possesses proven experience in business development or sales within the gaming industry or related technical services, a strong understanding of the video games market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. This role offers the chance to shape the future of the studio and participate in ambitious 2025 expansion plans.
Must have:

Sales and Business Development - 2025 Opportunities

Keywords Studios is a leading provider of technical services to the global video games industry, and we are excited to announce new opportunities for 2025. We are looking for skilled and motivated Business Development Managers to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth in various service areas including Quality Assurance, Localization, Audio, and more.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships within the gaming industry. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing new partnerships, and enhancing the visibility of Keywords Studios in the global market. This is an exciting chance to shape the future of our studio and actively participate in our ambitious expansion plans for 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Identify potential clients and market opportunities within the gaming sector.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at various levels.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, and Services to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
  • Network and promote Keywords Studio’s services at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and present high-quality proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Track and report on business development activities and results to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the gaming industry or related technical services.
  • Strong understanding of the video games market, including QA, Localization, Art or Audio services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • A passion for gaming and a keen interest in emerging technologies and trends.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet clients and participate in industry events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
