Job Description

As a Sales Team Lead at Paytm's EDC Retail team in Bangalore, you'll be responsible for driving sales of EDC machines to merchants across various locations. Key responsibilities include building and motivating a high-performing sales team, setting and monitoring team goals, resolving merchant queries, overseeing daily operations, and reporting on key metrics. You will also be responsible for hiring, training, and coaching your team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and recognizing and rewarding achievements. This role requires strong leadership, sales experience, and the ability to create a collaborative and open communication culture within the team.

About the role: The person should be capable of increasing the sale of EDC machines through proper channels to the merchants across multiple locations.
