This is a permanent/direct hire position. Location: remote - prefer candidates in CST Hours: Mon-Friday standard business hours

What you'll do as the SAP WM Lead:

Analyze, design, configure, develop, test, and implement SAP solutions for supply chain and warehouse management, using SAP MM, EWM, IBP, Ariba, SD, and other relevant modules.
Support the Digital Future of LEDVANCE by analyzing, designing and supporting the business with our transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.
Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and end-users to understand and document the business requirements and processes.
Provide technical guidance and recommendations on SAP best practices, standards, and methodologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects in SAP systems and applications.
Support the business with end-user training and technical documentation.
Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and trends, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
What you'll bring to the table:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
Master's Degree preferred
SAP Certification prefered
8-12 years experience with SAP WM
Expert in WM and ability to configure entire warehouse with automated system processes
5 years experience with Full life cycle implementations of SAP
Experience with RF Devices (RFID)
Experienced with SAP GUI
SAP S4 Hana
Experienced in SAP IM (Inventory Mgt)
Knowledge of Handling Unit Management (HU) and Batch management
Team lead experience, leading and directing small teams
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, and deliver results within deadlines.Nice to Have:
