Job Description
As a Security Consultant Developer at Mandiant STS, you'll help clients mitigate and respond to cybersecurity threats. Responsibilities include identifying enterprise security requirements, providing guidance on enterprise initiatives, offering technical support for security tools, and assisting with their implementation and integration. You will develop containment and remediation plans for cybersecurity incidents, act as a technical advocate for information security requirements, and execute strategic and tactical plans. This involves direct engagement and delivery in technical matters, and presenting complex concepts to various stakeholders.
Must have:
- 5+ years experience in information security and development
- 5+ years experience with Active Directory, enterprise and cloud architecture
- 5+ years experience with disaster recovery and backup technology
- 2+ years experience with network topology and security controls
- Lead and conduct technical security assessments
- Assist clients with designing and implementing security enhancements
- Develop reports and presentations for technical and executive audiences
Good to have:
- Experience communicating with technical staff, executives, and legal counsel
- Incident response or disaster recovery experience
- Excellent written/verbal communication and documentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 25%

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in information security and developing, working with cloud-based infrastructure environments.
- 5 years of experience with on-premise Active Directory, enterprise architecture and cloud architecture with one cloud platform.
- 5 years of experience with disaster recovery architecture and backup technology.
- 2 years of experience with network topology and security controls.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience communicating remediation recommendations and strategies to technical staff, executive leadership, legal counsel, and internal and external clients.
- Experience incident response remediation or disaster recovery.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop documentation and explain technical details in a concise manner.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.

In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients effectively prepare to mitigate, and respond to cyber security threats. You will identify enterprise security requirements and provide guidance to enterprise initiatives. You will serve as technical support for security tools and assist with security tool implementation and integration into the customer environment. You'll also provide guidance on the development of containment and remediation plans for cyber security incidents.In addition, you will be the technical advocate for information security requirements and provide an in-depth understanding of the information security domain. You'll execute on both strategic and tactical plans, including direct engagement and delivery in technical matters. You will articulate and present complex concepts to business stakeholders, executive leadership, and technical contributors.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $164,000-$243,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate, and conduct technical security assessments for cloud-based security infrastructures and platforms.
- Assist clients with designing and implementing architecture enhancements, security configurations, identity protections, cloud workflows, and appropriate countermeasures to defend against threats and attacker techniques.
- Build scripts, tools, or methodologies to enhance Mandiant's on-premise Active Directory or Cloud Assessment processes.
- Develop and present comprehensive and accurate reports, training, and presentations for technical and executive audiences.
- Develop comprehensive and accurate reports and presentations for both technical and executive audiences. Communicate strategies and roadmap initiatives to client stakeholders including technical staff, executive leadership, and legal counsel.
