The Senior Associate, Media Activation at iProspect will be responsible for planning, setting up, and managing campaigns for sponsored product ads, as well as optimizing digital media across various channels. The role involves collaboration with the Activation Manager within the team. Must have:
  • 1+ years of digital planning/buying experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field

Job Description: This is a remote opportunity, open to anyone in the US. The Media Services teams will plan and serve Sponsored Products as well as digital display (or "banner") ads across the web, mobile devices, video content (i.e. YouTube) social media networks (i.e. Facebook). The purchasing of ad space is managed through Demand Side and Social Media Platforms, where as the Senior Associate, you will control the cost and placement of clients' ads. The combination of creativity and strategic mobility associated with digital display ads make them a powerful way for companies to reach potential customers. Senior Associates, Media Activation at iProspect focus on the planning, creation, and optimization of digital media across different channels. You will create dynamic advertising strategies by combining your strengths in planning, analysis, and creativity to reach clients' goals. You will report to an Activation Manager within the team, and will not have any managerial responsibilities. Responsibilities
  • Organize and be responsible for campaign planning, set-up and management for sponsored product ads
  • Develop an industry knowledge, understanding of the advertiser's KPIs and audience strategy, and an understanding of the product offerings
  • Maintain awareness of new marketing platforms
  • Manage ad budgets, including allocation of monthly budget and tactic level budget optimizations
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations
  • Responsible for the aggregation and preparation of mid-flight and end-of-campaign reporting and insights
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, marketing, or related discipline
  • 1+ years of experience in a digital planning/buying role, preferably from an agency or RMN
  • Experience working in SPA SSPs (especially Criteo, Amazon and or CitrusAds), DSPs (especially DV360 or TTD) and Social Platforms (Facebook and Pinterest), and ad servers (especially CM360)
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment with changing workflows
  • Be able to explain complicated concepts to others
  • Well-versed in the core MS Office suite programs and an intermediate to advanced user of Excel including the ability to use formulas, functions, and pivot tables
  • Keen trouble-shooting abilities; high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Shopper, CPG or retail media planning experience
The annual salary range for this position is $51,000 -$83,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
