Binance is seeking a talented Java Developer (Mid to Senior) to join a greenfield project. The role involves participating in the full software development life cycle, including requirement gathering, designing, coding, testing, and deployment. Responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable Java-based systems, collaborating on system requirements and architecture, developing and optimizing infrastructure components, implementing automated deployment and monitoring, resolving performance bottlenecks, and maintaining system documentation. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the JVM and Java ecosystem, proficiency in MySQL, familiarity with NoSQL databases and messaging middleware, and strong communication skills.
Must have:
- 5+ years in JVM and Java ecosystem
- Proficient in MySQL
- Proficient in distributed system design
- Familiar with messaging middleware
- Good cross-team communication skills
- Design and implement scalable Java systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks
Good to have:
- Familiar with at least one NoSQL DB
- Familiar with underlying design principles of messaging middleware
- Implement automated deployment and monitoring
- Implement caching, load balancing, and optimization techniques
- Maintain system architecture documentation

We are looking for a talented Java Developer (Mid to Senior) to join our team. The successful candidate will join a greenfield project. The daily work content includes but doesn't limit to:
Join the full life cycle of software development, including requirement gathering, designing, coding, testing and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable and reliable Java-based systems.
- Collaborate with teams to define system requirements and architectural solutions.
- Develop and optimize infrastructure components like databases, servers, and networks.
- Implement automated deployment and monitoring solutions for improved system reliability.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues.
- Implement caching, load balancing, and optimization techniques.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation related to system architecture and deployment processes.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates for uninterrupted service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
- 5+ years hands-on experience in JVM and Java ecosystem.
- Proficient in MySQL, and familiar with at least one NoSQL DB.
- Proficient in distributed system design, and familiar with at least one messaging middleware and the underlying design principles.
- Capable to cope with stress, and quickly learn new knowledge.
- Good cross-team communication skills.
