Requirements and responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in process optimization, workflow design, and data projects, including data migration and cleanup. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring seamless integration of processes and data across systems. The ideal candidate will be a natural problem-solver and critical thinker, comfortable asking the right questions to uncover insights and drive actionable solutions.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, IT specialists, and business stakeholders, to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and support strategic initiatives such as M&A-related migrations and integrations. Telecom experience is a plus but not required.
What you’ll do
Process Analysis & Workflow Design:
- Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
- Design and document workflows that optimize operational effectiveness, using tools such as Flow Designer or similar platforms;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to map out as-is and to-be processes, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams;
- Act as a "tree shaker" to uncover root causes of inefficiencies and challenge existing assumptions to drive innovation.
Data Projects & Migration:
- Lead efforts in data cleanup, ensuring accuracy and consistency across datasets and systems;
- Support data migration activities during system transitions, including M&A integrations;
- Work closely with technical teams to define data requirements, mapping rules, and validation processes;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and usability post-migration.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
- Serve as the liaison between business and technical teams to ensure project goals are met and workflows are effectively implemented;
- Ask insightful questions to elicit business requirements, ensuring that proposed solutions meet stakeholder needs;
- Prepare and present documentation, including process diagrams, data mapping documents, and status updates, to project stakeholders;
- Build strong relationships across departments to facilitate communication and alignment on goals.
M&A Migration Support:
- Play a key role in integration projects related to mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless process and data transitions;
- Work with cross-functional teams to align workflows, clean and migrate data, and optimize operations for newly integrated systems.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for ongoing process enhancements and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, or enhance quality;
Drive a culture of questioning and continuous learning to challenge the status quo and foster innovation within the organization.
What you’ll bring
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, focusing on process optimization, workflow design, or data projects.
Hands-on experience with data cleanup, migration, and validation processes.
Proven ability to analyze complex systems and translate business requirements into actionable workflows.
Strong understanding of process mapping tools and techniques (e.g., Flow Designer, Visio, or similar).
Experience supporting large-scale projects, particularly those involving system transitions or M&A migrations.
Background in telecommunications or experience working in data-intensive environments.
Familiarity with tools and methodologies for process and data analysis, such as SQL, Excel, or Tableau.
Knowledge of M&A-related challenges, including integration of workflows and data.
Process Specialist: Expertise in analyzing and redesigning workflows to optimize performance.

Workflow Master: Proficiency in designing seamless workflows across systems and teams.
