Job Description

As a Senior Consultant for Credit Risk Solutions at TransUnion, you will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring successful solution implementations. You'll partner with the Credit Risk Solution team on product management and development, working with Sales and the Business Vertical to meet customer needs. You will also communicate with technical product managers and architects, interact with Global Delivery and other matrix partners to establish efficient processing and delivery, and provide customer feedback. You'll be responsible for overcoming technical and operational hurdles, ensuring compliance, and participating in Swarm program management. This role involves both virtual and in-person work at a designated TransUnion office for a minimum of two days a week.
Must have:
  • 5-7+ years experience in the credit industry
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Knowledge of credit/FCRA data
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Strong communication skills

What You'll Bring:

  • 5 -7 plus years of experience in the credit industry preferred
  • Bachelors Degree required

Impact You'll Make:

  • Act as main point of contact for customer to enable successful solution implementations
  • Partner with Credit Risk Solution on overall product management and development activities
  • Work with Sales and the Business Vertical to ensure customer needs are met
  • Communicate effectively with technical product managers and architects
  • Interact heavily with Global Delivery and other matrix partners to establish a playbook for efficient and effective processing and delivery of solutions across customer segments
  • Be an additional voice for Credit Risk Solutions; articulate solution capabilities as well as vision/roadmap
  • Provide important voice of customer feedback to appropriate Solutions groups to inform product development, collateral, and roadmap
  • Overcome technical and operational hurdles, enabling both short-term and long-term fixes to various challenges
  • Ensure proper compliance and legal requirements are maintained at all times
  • Play an active part in Swarm program management as necessary

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $82,700.00 - $120,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
