WHAT YOU DO
  • You will be responsible for shaping and managing budgeting, forecasting and cash planning for The Game.
  • Directly partnering with the account management teams to follow best practise financial rigour and forecasting to drive transparency for senior management.
  • You will prepare and monitor short and medium-term liquidity planning continuously improving and optimising liquidity management.
  • You take a holistic view that includes ensuring stable payroll processes, managing company administrations and leading financial projects.
  • You will ensure that the monthly and annual reporting is prepared on time and at the best quality delivered to the group FP&A team.
  • You will serve as a commercial sparring partner for the organisation and the management to drive efficiency, effectiveness and ultimately growth in the organisation.
  • You oversee financial planning and analysis, ensuring compliance.
WHO YOU ARE
  • You're an integrated finance senior with a deep knowledge in controlling, value flows, and supply chain management. 
  • Ideally have agency background and understand the complexities of job bag and team burn rates.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You have a growth mindset with experience in working with cross-functional teams.
  • You have a can-do, flexible and inclusive attitude with the ability to partner and get the best out of wider agency teams at all levels.
  • Be available for international travel as and when needed to fulfil your role.
  • Open to continuous learning and development.
  • You take ownership of deliverables, managing project streams independently and efficiently.
  • You are always approachable and have a good-natured service attitude.
  • You respond quickly and remain calm under pressure.
