Senior Economy Designer - LaunchOps

Voodoo seeks a Senior Economy Designer to contribute significantly to the game vision, feature pipeline, economy design, and monetization strategy for new games. Responsibilities include creating and implementing economy systems, balancing meta systems and IAP monetization, defining A/B testing strategies for optimization, and establishing best practices for economy design, tracking, and insights generation. The role requires collaboration with product and data professionals throughout the soft launch and beyond. This position is within Voodoo's internal Core studio in Paris, focusing on transforming high-potential games into global hits. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a game economist with proven contributions to scaled games, experience with mobile games and F2P models, and strong analytical and communication skills.
