Senior HR Generalist

Responsibilities

Policy Development: Develop, implement and monitor HR Policies and initiatives aligned with Larian’s environment, goals and ethos in coordination with Larian global HR.  Ensure policies are communicated effectively to employees and consistently applied across the Quebec Studio.
HR Data Management: maintain accurate employee records, update HR databases, and generate reports related to employee demographics, turnover, and other HR metrics and supporting business in decision-making if required.
Employee Relations: act as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, grievances, and conflict resolution, help ensure a positive work environment and address any concerns or disputes that arise.
Benefits and Compensation: assist in conducting compensation and benefits analysis and make recommendations for adjustments.
Employee Life Cycle: Manage the employee experience throughout the employee life cycle
Performance Management: assist in implementing and managing performance appraisal systems, and ensure strategies and processes remain aligned with the company’s talent management and workforce plans to enhance employee engagement and sustain business growth.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies, stay up to date with changes in labor legislation, and update HR practices and policies accordingly.
Expat management: Manage all aspects of expatriate administration, including visa processing, accommodation, tax considerations, and relocation. Ensure compliance with local and international laws, and oversee end-to-end processes for expat and dependent transitions.
Trainings: Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
HR Projects: They participate in various HR projects

Requirements

• Proven working experience as HR Specialist
• People oriented and results driven
• Being up to date with an understanding of current pay rates, benefits and industry trends.
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, strong collaboration, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Used to working for fast-growing companies
• Demonstrable ability to own, execute and deliver on short- and long-term projects and function as part of multidisciplinary team
• Not afraid of hand-on tasks

Nous recherchons maintenant un spécialiste des ressources humaines qui jouera un rôle crucial dans la gestion de nombreux aspects du cycle de vie de nos employées. Il supervisera ainsi les politiques et les procédures liées aux RH, et soutiendra les efforts 
globaux en la matière menés depuis notre studio de la ville de Québec.

Responsabilités


• Élaboration de politiques : en coordination avec l'équipe RH globale de Larian, développer, implémenter et superviser les politiques et initiatives en matière de RH, cela en accord avec l'environnement de travail, les objectifs et l'éthique de Larian.  Vérifier que ces politiques sont communiquées clairement et efficacement aux employés, et systématiquement appliquées dans le studio de Quebec.
● Gestion des données RH : mettre à jour les bases de données RH, maintenir des informations précises sur les employés et générer des rapports liés aux données démographiques, au renouvellement du personnel et à d'autres mesures RH. Aider ainsi l'entreprise dans la prise de décision si nécessaire.
● Relation avec les employés : être le point de contact naturel des employés pour toutes les questions relatives au lieu de travail, les problèmes et la résolution d'un conflit éventuel. Aider à instituer un environnement de travail positif et régler les problèmes ou querelles.
● Prestations et salaires : participer aux analyses liées aux salaires et aux avantages, et faire des recommandations pour tout ajustement nécessaire.
● Cycle de vie des employés : gérer l'expérience des employés tout au long de leur contrat.
● Gestion des performances : participer à l'implémentation et à la gestion d'un système d'évaluation des performances. Vérifier que les stratégies et les processus sont alignés avec les plans de gestion des talents et du personnel de Larian en vue de renforcer l'engagement des employés et d'assurer la croissance de l'entreprise.
● Conformité : assurer la conformité avec les lois du travail, les réglementations liées au personnel et les politiques de l'entreprise. 
Rester informé de tout changement dans le domaine de la législation du travail et mettre à jour les pratiques et les politiques RH le cas échéant.
● Gestion des expatriés : gérer l'ensemble des aspects administratifs des expatriés, y compris l'obtention d'un visa, l'hébergement, les questions fiscales et le déménagement. Assurer la conformité avec les lois du travail locales et internationales, et superviser de bout en bout les transitions des expatriés et des personnes à charge.
● Formation : évaluer les besoins en termes de formation, afin de mettre en place et de superviser les programmes adéquats.
● Projets RH : participer à différents projets RH.



Profil recherché
● Une expérience professionnelle avérée en tant que spécialiste RH
● Un réel intérêt pour les gens et la passion des résultats
● La connaissance des dernières tendances, comme des 
avantages et des salaires en vigueur dans l'industrie des jeux vidéo
● Une expérience démontrable de gestion de données RH
● La connaissance des systèmes et bases de données RH
● D'excellentes compétences relationnelles, d'écoute active, de négociation, de collaboration, de communication et de présentation
● L'habitude de travailler au sein d'entreprises en expansion rapide
● La capacité démontrable de monter, gérer et livrer des projets de courte et longue durée dans le cadre d'une équipe multidisciplinaire
● Le goût de s'impliquer en personne
