The Senior Manager, B2C Marketing for FIFA World Cup 26™ will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include driving marketing strategy, owning channel plans, managing agency partners and ambassadors, tracking performance metrics, developing marketing assets, ensuring brand compliance, and collaborating with internal/external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of integrated marketing experience, strong communication and collaboration skills, a data-driven approach, and a passion for soccer.

The Role and What You’ll Do: 

On Location is looking for a creative, ambitious, and detailed-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to join the B2C Marketing team for FIFA World Cup 26 . This role will help deliver compelling, customer-focused, integrated marketing campaigns for the biggest single-sport event in history. The ideal candidate will be a marketing professional with demonstrated success leading large-scale integrated marketing campaigns, have excellent communication skills, is a natural collaborator and has a passion for data and insights as tools to ultimately drive hospitality sales. 

 

Marketing Strategy & Execution: 

  • Drive marketing strategy from insights to execution, leading the development and implementation of consumer marketing efforts 

  • Own integrated channel plans, cascading go-live dates and shifts to cross-functional partners 

  • Develop case studies on relevant campaigns and products 

  • Own and maintain all necessary resources & decks in preparation of and for weekly cross-functional meetings and major marketing milestones 

  • Research & work closely with agency partners on brand and campaign efforts 

  • Manage relationships with ambassadors and content creators supporting the program 

 

Performance Tracking & Reporting: 

  • In partnership with senior management set channel KPI’s to reach hospitality sales goals 

  • Analysis of engagement & performance metrics, adapting strategies to maximize campaign impact  

  • Manage daily marketing responsibilities, including top of week reporting, building of and maintaining marketing calendars 

 

Marketing Asset Development: 

  • Work closely with creative teams, agencies and FIFA on marketing assets, messaging and frameworks  

  • Manage the customization of marketing materials for different consumer groups to support their unique regional and audience-specific needs. 

 

Stakeholder Management: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders, including sales, creative, and tech to ensure seamless collaboration 

 

Compliance & Brand Integrity: 

  • Ensure all consumer marketing efforts comply with FIFA and On Location brand standards, marketing guidelines, and legal regulations. 

 

 

You Have: 

  • 5+ years integrated marketing experience - digital, relationship, social media, OOH, campaign, content marketing, event management, marketing strategy, and marketing operations 

  • Experience with developing content strategies and managing digital content development 

  • Refined communication skills and the proven ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization 

  • A results-focused approach with a deep sense of accountability and experience driving large projects from start to finish 

  • A strategic mindset including interpreting data to inform strategy and execution 

  • A collaborative spirit with experience developing relationships with a diverse range of partners 

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines 

  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand integrity 

  • Proactive disposition with the willingness to take the reins on any project and the resourcefulness to find the answers you need to get the job done 

  • Capacity for seeing and implementing new and innovative approaches to the traditional way of handling or thinking about a problem 

  • People management experience 

  • Passion for soccer and familiarity with the FIFA World Cup 
     

 

We’d Love If You Also Have These: 

  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency (especially French and/or Spanish). 

  • Strong network within the sports, entertainment and/or hospitality industries 

  • Knowledge of FIFA regulations and standards related to marketing and hospitality

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.  Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.


Hiring Range Minimum:

$82,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$110,000 annually
