DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Oversees and directs execution of experiential marketing programs that drive consumer purchase intent, earned conversation and media coverage, industry support and increased engagement for Nintendo brands.

  • Actively collaborates in the strategic planning process with upfront and ongoing development of proposals for experiential marketing programs.

  • Works closely and cross-functionally with internal teams to align overall marketing priorities, key brand messaging, and targeted audiences to fully integrate marketing activities, synchronize consumer messaging, amplify exposure, and drive retail conversion.

  • Leads the briefing and creative development process by evaluating and providing ongoing direction on strategic opportunities, tactics, and execution plans that best promote key Nintendo hardware and software.

  • Presents final experiential opportunities and proposals to senior management for approvals based on strategic approach, projected results, and ROI.

  • Leads the development of creative materials and tactics that deliver proper and impactful use of IP and brand messages.

  • Manages and oversees onsite event execution, and production, to gain insights and learnings for current or future programs.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

  • Six or more years of experience in consumer marketing, experiential event marketing, or related experience in strategic planning and execution of consumer marketing campaigns.

  • Proven record of developing and executing successful, fully-integrated large scale events with significant market and consumer impact while staying on-time and on-budget.

  • Strong understanding of promotional and experiential strategies and tactics to ensure feasibility of core ideas and to troubleshoot during execution.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.

This position includes a base salary range of $114,000 - $205,000 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
