The Senior Manager, Human Resource Operations will continue to enhance our company Human Resources Operations team. As a leader of our Human Resources Operations organization, you will be responsible for all employee life cycle day-to-day HR operations. The successful candidate will enjoy collaborating with departments across the company, Finance, Legal, Information Technology, and all other teams within the Organization where needed. Responsibilities:
A successful candidate in this role will be able to take our existing systems and processes, run them effectively, and systematically upgrade them to achieve better and more scalable, sustainable results.
Oversee effective use of tools and systems to collect, maintain, and analyze personnel data.
Translate relevant employee data into insights that drive action plans at appropriate levels
Own day-to-day HR operations of the company to include HRIS data, Communications, Shared Services Management
Develop more streamlined and sophisticated methods for answering employee questions, collecting feedback, and up leveling the employee experience overall.
Serve as the primary lead in developing and managing People Operations programs at Enphase Energy and maintain process documents that enable scale.
Manage internal teams to provide real-time prioritization, workflow improvement, and increase HR operational efficiency.
Actively participate in strategic and operational planning.
Partner with HR colleagues, line management and senior leaders to develop optimal organizational structures that support growth and international expansion.
Manage, enhance, and oversee the HR ticketing System
State and Federal reporting
Qualifications and Experience
7-10+ years of work experience in HR operations or HR systems with a broad scope of responsibilities, including leading and streamlining internal processes, and project management.
BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields, or equivalent work experience.
Workday Experience(proven skills in Business Processes enhancements, EIB Loads, Reporting)
Experience leading HRIS/HR Operations teams in a global organization spanning North America, EMEA, and/or APAC
Support diverse employee populations from a system and training perspective.
Understand agendas and stakeholder perspectives, recognizing and effectively balancing the interests and needs of one's own group with those of the broader organization.
Operational and project management experience, driving exceptional results daily.
Possess strong communication skills including the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages.
Comfortable and thrive in a fast-paced, continually changing team-oriented environment and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
