About the role

You’ll lead one of two core areas of our product, driving meaningful impact for billions of gamers worldwide. You’ll leverage your passion for UX, design, and product to create innovative experiences for web and mobile. 

What you’ll do:

• Own and drive the design vision & execution for your product area.
• Craft user-centric designs that balance form, function, and innovation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to execute your ideas.
• Translate complex problems into elegant, intuitive solutions.
• Advocate for design excellence and push the boundaries of creativity.

• 5-6 years of design experience, with a proven track record of shipping great products that are delivered with tangible impact.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to solve problems through design.
• Deep understanding of usability and user experience principles & research.
• Proficiency with Figma
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Driven to win and deliver tangible impact.
• Passionate about creating best-in-class, user-centric products.
• Moving fast, solving problems, and pushing projects across the finish line.
• A master of the craft with a proven track record.
