LogicLadder is seeking a creative and motivated Product Designer with 0-1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centered design and a desire to create engaging and intuitive products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business objectives into effective design solutions Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Conduct user research to gather insights on user needs and preferences.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with product goals.
Participate in user testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Maintain design documentation and contribute to the design system.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product design. Key Skill
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Basic understanding of user experience (UX) principles and methodologies.
Strong visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
Requirements
0-1 year of experience in product design or a related field.
Familiarity with UX research methods and user testing.
Experience in creating wireframes and prototypes.
Understanding of design systems and component libraries.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
