The Service Delivery Ops Associate Manager will be responsible for improving workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. They will administer the onboarding of new employees, including all onboarding activities like orientation registration, completion of background checks, and creation of SAP records. This role involves team management, evaluating the effectiveness of the onboarding process, relationship building, stakeholder management, decision-making, and excellent communication skills. The candidate should possess proficiency in ATS and HR Tech, compliance and legal knowledge, data analysis and reporting, problem-solving skills, logical analysis & interpretation, and be result-oriented. This role requires analysis and solving of moderately complex problems, creating new solutions, and understanding the strategic direction set by senior management. The individual will manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts.
