- 4+ years experience as SQL Database Administrator
- Monitor and maintain SQL Server databases (2012 and above)
- Perform routine database backups, restores, and recovery procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues
- Implement and maintain database security
- Assist in database deployments, patching, and upgrades
- Design and implement HA and DR solutions
- Lead performance tuning and capacity planning initiatives
- Architect and implement database solutions
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (2012–2019/2022)
- Proficiency in T-SQL, indexing strategies, and query optimization
- Understanding of database backup strategies and recovery models
- Familiarity with monitoring tools

Job Description
- 4+ years experience as SQL Database Administrator
- Monitor and maintain SQL Server databases (2012 and above).
- Perform routine database backups, restores, and recovery procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues using tools like SQL Profiler, Extended Events, and DMVs.
- Implement and maintain database security (roles, permissions, encryption).
- Assist in database deployments, patching, and upgrades.
- Design and implement high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions (AlwaysOn, Log Shipping, Replication, Clustering).
- Lead performance tuning and capacity planning initiatives.
- Architect and implement database solutions for large-scale enterprise applications.
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell or SQL Agent Jobs.
Primary skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (2012–2019/2022).
- Proficiency in T-SQL, indexing strategies, and query optimization.
- Understanding of database backup strategies and recovery models.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Redgate, SolarWinds, SentryOne).
