Marvell’s Compute and Custom Solutions Business Unit develops cutting-edge semiconductor solutions in the most advanced technologies. Our focus is on solving the most difficult design problems in the areas of AI, wired and wireless communications, and other infrastructure applications.

What You Can Expect

Marvell is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, Customer Portfolio Manager. This position requires strong business acumen; ability to effectively communicate with customers, engineering teams, executive management

In this role you will:

  • Act as focal point for assigned CCS Organization’s Strategic Customers and coordinate across customers’ program portfolio.

  • Work closely with a matrix organization and with multiple cross-functional teams to drive all deliverables to execution and success.

  • Work closely with multiple development and validation teams to track, identify the risks and mitigate them, and drive all for best-in-class product delivery.

  • Ensures problems are effectively escalated and crisis management activated, as needed.

    What We're Looking For

    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related engineering field; MSc/MA degree preferred
    • 7+ years experience in Program or Product Management Role
    • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent risks identification, analysis and problem-solving abilities
    • Experience in SOC, SW, and HW Board complex activities management

    Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

    119,800 - 177,270, $ per annum

    The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
