Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the Senior Vice President (SVP) – Product Strategy and Enterprise Program Management will lead the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO), aligning enterprise-level initiatives with our broader product strategy. This role bridges product vision with execution, ensuring that all strategic projects enhance our competitive edge in the gaming and technology industries.

The SVP will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide strategic programs, advancing the integration of product innovation, and building an agile, best-in-class EPMO. This position requires a highly resourceful, strategic, and communicative leader to collaborate across the business, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do

Shape and Drive Product Strategy Alignment:

  • Ensure all EPMO initiatives are strategically aligned with the enterprise's long-term product roadmap and innovation objectives.

  • Translate high-level product strategies into executable programs that drive market differentiation.

Develop and Enhance EPMO Operations:

  • Assess and evolve program management methodologies, tools, and templates to align with enterprise product and business strategies.

  • Create a comprehensive roadmap to scale EPMO capabilities and support innovative product delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with product leaders and cross-functional teams to define program requirements and formalize delivery timelines.

  • Foster collaboration across technology, creative, and operational teams to ensure product-centric program success.

End-to-End Program Oversight:

  • Lead program management across the product lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively while aligning all initiatives with broader business priorities.

Performance Visibility and Reporting:

  • Maintain and optimize dashboards and reporting tools to demonstrate the impact and performance of the EPMO on enterprise-level product initiatives.

  • Lead and scale executive program reviews, ensuring alignment, visibility, and accountability across leadership and stakeholders.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Mentor and manage a high-performing team of program managers to support enterprise product strategy.

  • Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Enterprise Agility and Growth:

  • Drive adaptability across the organization by integrating product strategy into the broader enterprise portfolio.

  • Support organizational readiness for emerging opportunities within gaming, entertainment, and technology sectors.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise-level program management and product strategy leadership roles.

  • Proven track record in managing large-scale, innovative product initiatives across technology, gaming, or entertainment sectors within organizations of 10,000+ employees.

  • Certification in program or project management (e.g., PMP, Agile, or equivalent) is desirable but not mandatory.

  • Expertise in working with globally distributed and offshore teams to deliver transformative products.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to foster trust with stakeholders at all levels.

Pay Range

$383,089 - $711,452 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
