The SVP – Product Strategy at Aristocrat is a key leadership role reporting to the CPO. This individual will develop and execute a cohesive product strategy across online social casino, real-money gaming, and land-based gaming. Responsibilities include leading product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging market expertise, managing the product portfolio, driving innovation, and leading a team of product strategy professionals. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in product strategy within gaming, entertainment, or technology, with a proven track record of success in multiple business lines and international markets.

Job Details

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Product Strategy is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping and driving Aristocrat’s product strategy across a diverse global portfolio that spans online social casino, real-money online gaming, and land-based slot machines. This role requires a seasoned leader with deep expertise in the gaming industry and a proven track record in product development across multiple lines of business.

The SVP will lead a team of product strategy leaders across Aristocrat Interactive, Aristocrat Gaming, and Pixel ensuring alignment with corporate goals while championing innovation and market leadership. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and operations, to deliver best-in-class products that meet evolving customer and market needs.

What You'll Do

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a cohesive product strategy that integrates insights from online social casino, real-money gaming, and land-based gaming lines of business.

  • Drive alignment between corporate objectives and divisional product strategies to ensure a unified vision and measurable outcomes.

Product Development Excellence

  • Lead the development and evolution of high-performing, innovative products that resonate with diverse customer segments across global markets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product design, features, and enhancements exceed customer expectations.

Market and Industry Expertise

  • Leverage deep knowledge of gaming industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behaviors to shape product strategies.

  • Conduct and oversee global market analyses to identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and growth.

Portfolio and Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee the management of Aristocrat’s product portfolio, including the prioritization of initiatives, resource allocation, and lifecycle planning.

  • Ensure optimal performance of the portfolio, balancing innovation, revenue growth, and profitability.

Innovation and Technology Integration

  • Spearhead initiatives to incorporate emerging technologies and new business models into the product portfolio.

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to explore strategic partnerships that enhance Aristocrat’s competitive advantage.

Leadership and Team Development

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product strategy professionals.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning across the organization.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 15 years in product strategy or related roles within the gaming, entertainment, or technology industries, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related fields is required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred.

  • Proven experience in leading end-to-end product development across multiple business lines, including online, social, and land-based gaming platforms.

  • Demonstrated success in navigating and influencing diverse international markets, with experience managing multi-national teams.

  • Strong ability to lead across a matrixed organization, inspire teams, and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Exceptional skills in data-driven decision-making, strategic planning, and translating insights into actionable strategies.

Travel Expectations

Up to 25%

Pay Range

$371,528 - $689,981 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
