Job Description

InMobi seeks a dynamic Product Marketing Lead to develop and execute positioning and messaging strategies, create compelling sales content (presentations, playbooks), conduct competitive analysis, collaborate with sales and client services for training, oversee product launches, utilize market intelligence and customer insights, drive user research, prepare business case analyses, and work cross-functionally with marketing teams. This role involves 40% focus on design and visualization. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or a related field, strong design and storytelling skills, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. The position requires working in a fast-paced environment and across multiple time zones.

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Lead to join our team. This role will split time between leading product marketing initiatives and focusing on design and visualization (40%). As a Product Marketing Lead, you will be instrumental in creating compelling positioning and messaging, developing impactful sales collateral, and leveraging design skills to enhance our brand and product communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Marketing:

  • Develop and execute positioning and messaging strategies for target personas, showcasing a deep understanding of their business challenges and our value proposition.
  • Create powerful sales content, including presentations, playbooks, and customer evidence, to drive field conversations and sales conversions.
  • Conduct competitive research and analysis to differentiate our solutions in the market through external and internal documentation.
  • Collaborate with sales and client services teams to deliver training and readiness programs that educate and inspire.
  • Oversee product launches and go-to-market plans, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Utilize market intelligence, product performance data, and customer insights to inform long-term product strategies and agile roadmaps.
  • Drive user research to validate messaging and refine products through alpha and beta testing.
  • Prepare business case analyses for product investments and serve as a senior advisor to business and executive leaders.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing teams, including field marketing, design, and digital marketing, to build comprehensive plans for content, demand generation, PR, brand design, and product education.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in product marketing, sales enablement, competitive analysis, or a related field.
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant discipline; an MBA is a plus.
  • Strong design and storytelling skills with a proven ability to create visually engaging content.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across time zones and in a team or matrix environment.
  • Experience in a fast-paced and fluid environment with the capacity to handle both strategic and tactical tasks effectively.
