Job Description
Smilegate RPG is seeking a System Planner for their LOST ARK Mobile project. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in system development processes. Responsibilities include designing rules aligned with content intentions, system architecture and UX design, efficient data structure design and management, and utilizing Excel and Word proficiently. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of game structures, mobile MMORPG development experience, and extensive mobile MMORPG gameplay experience. Experience from initial development through launch and live service is highly valued. The role is based in Seongnam, South Korea.
Must have:
- 5+ years system development experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Logical thinking and problem-solving
- Content rule design & system architecture
- Data structure design & management
- Proficient in Excel and Word
Good to have:
- Deep understanding of game structures
- Mobile MMORPG development experience
- Extensive mobile MMORPG gameplay experience
- Experience from initial development to live service
