Technical Artist (TA)

Smilegate RPG is seeking a talented Technical Artist (TA) to contribute to the development and operation of their next-generation multi-platform MMORPG, Lost Ark Mobile. Responsibilities include supporting graphic technologies, creating and optimizing shaders, lighting, and materials; conducting performance profiling and optimization; creating documentation and scripts to improve workflow efficiency; and handling rendering issues across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate possesses practical experience in TA or a related graphic design role, a passion for visually appealing graphics, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Unreal Engine 4+, 3D modeling software (3Ds Max, Zbrush, Substance, Blender), and at least one programming language (Python, C++, Maxscript, Mel) is required. Experience with shading languages (HLSL, GLSL) is highly desirable.
