Project description
This project is for the markets division of one of Australia's top banks.
It is a multi year program where various projects operate concurrently under the various program milestones.
Luxoft executes important tasks including overseeing the design, controlling the scope and communicating the requirements from the front office to the back office.
This role is required as a part of building a team to develop & manage new features for bank's in-house pricing APP with focus primarily on FX.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include working on ISEN/ITRACT and Panther updates, handling audit requests, managing RBAC and TechAssist updates, updating ServiceNow records, and maintaining ADF documentation.
The role also involves typical BA tasks such as requirements gathering, writing release notes, and more.
General knowledge of Markets, particularly in FX, would be highly beneficial.
Take ownership of converting business requirements into well-documented user stories with clear acceptance criteria ready to be developed by the engineering team.
Split up larger tasks into child tasks which are achievable in a sprint.
Participate in Agile delivery and planning sessions.
Review all deliverables to ensure quality and conformance to standards.
Assist with building out test packs alongside the business stakeholders, including through test automation frameworks, to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
Skills
Must have
5-8 years of experience as a technology business analyst in a financial institution.
Ability to perform detailed data analysis and write advanced SQL queries and stored procedures.
Enable traceability of systems changes against regulatory obligations & requirement documentation.
Write acceptance criteria and test cases for systems changes.
Collaborate with the technology squad to deliver end-to-end system changes through an Agile delivery process.
Knowledge of capital markets financial products within the context of a technology role.
Knowledge of capital markets business processes and structures.
Demonstrated knowledge in writing system requirements and working in an Agile delivery team.
Highly skilled in SQL.
Experience in delivery of regulatory compliance systems such as trade reporting for MiFID II regulation.
